TestWORKFLOW for Test Management & Execution
SQS TWF is a commercial tool focused on test management and execution. It allows test cases generation, management, reuse and grouping to generate Test Suites. In addition, tests can be run automatically in the SUT.
In the development process of systems that combine HW & SW modules, different types of tests must be managed during the whole development life cycle. In this aspect, these tests must be managed in such a way that each of the test cases can be easily identified by its type of test and the modules it has been designed for.
On the other hand, there is a need to automatize the testing process and make test cases reusable. Thus, the test cases should be related with the requirement/s (HW or SW) they fulfil and grouped together by each module, so that whenever a new release or any other change takes place, it can be easily identified which tests have to be re-run.
SQS TestWORKFLOW is a tool designed to support the entire software validation process, assisting the user in automated testing and the management of requirements, tests and documentation.
This tool integrates requirements definition and management, the organisation of the testing process, the automated execution of test programmes, the analysis of results, and the generation of multiple reports.
Traceability is provided throughout the process, on account of the recorded relationships between test cases, requirements and executions.
